• Read about our mission, app, and founders.
• Sign up for our waitlist to be notified when products launch.
• Contact us via email or our contact form.

We also offer the Build Your Baller app for iPhone and Android. The terms in the next section apply to it as well.

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or republish our content without permission.
• Use our brand name or logo to misrepresent yourself.
• Attempt to disrupt the site (e.g. scraping, automated abuse, security probes).
• Submit false information through our forms.

All content on this site, including text, photos, video, designs, the BYB logo, and the "Build Your Baller" name, is owned by us or used with permission. You may share links to our site freely, but not republish the content as your own.

If you believe something on our site infringes your rights, email info@buildyourballer.com and we'll respond within 14 days.

When you join our waitlist, you agree that we may email you when the app and our other products go live. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us.

We never sell your email address. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our content is meant as inspiration and guidance, not medical or psychological advice. Do not use our content as a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. For the paid app, your statutory rights apply if something doesn't work as promised.

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the site will be free of errors.

We are liable as the law provides. BYB does not give medical advice (see "Not medical advice"). We are not liable for damage caused by using the app or site instead of a doctor, physiotherapist or other professional, unless we acted intentionally or with gross negligence. If you use the site or app for your business, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, with a minimum of €100.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection your country's law gives you. You can bring a dispute before the court that has jurisdiction under the law; as a consumer, that always includes the court where you live.

We may update these terms, for example when the app changes or the law requires it. The date at the top is the latest revision. We'll tell you about changes that are to your disadvantage at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
